On February 19, Ohio Valley Hospital (OVH), McKees Rocks, PA will go-live with their MEDITECH Physician Documentation project and has selected Parallon Technology Solutions (PTS) to deliver provider training and go-live support.
Beginning on February 5, PTS led provider training will include all inpatient areas of the hospital and will expand the adoption of M*Modal beyond its current use in the emergency department. Additionally, PTS will provide training on Medication Reconciliation process and Discharge desktop.
OVH has worked with PTS in the past to optimize their MEDITECH platform to take full advantage of their investment and meet Meaningful Use Stage 2 requirements. This partnership continues as PTS helps OVH enhance their physician documentation process and ensure that physicians have the appropriate training and support. PTS has proven to be a trusted partner to the OVH community and will continue to deliver results and ultimately help provide a consistently positive patient and provider experience.
